HONOLULU — The Honolulu Police Department (HPD) will honor 28 newly promoted sworn personnel during a ceremony on Wednesday, July 15.
The ceremony, to be held at Mission Memorial Auditorium, will recognize the promotions of five lieutenants, 13 detectives and 10 corporals.
Five lieutenants:
