On Tuesday, July 8, 2025, government representatives and members of the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (HIDTA) honored Chief Arthur “Joe” Logan at their meeting in anticipation of his upcoming retirement. Chief Joe, along with other members of his leadership team, has been actively involved in the ongoing partnership with the HIDTA program, collaborating continuously to create safer communities in Hawai‘i. Every token of appreciation presented to the Chief was a heartfelt thank-you for his years of service. Chief Logan is thankful for the unwavering dedication of our HIDTA partners.
