Heroes & Helpers: HPD District 8 spreading holiday joy with keiki at Target Kapolei

HPD’s District 8 officers and civilians, along with Interim Chief Vanic, partnered with Target Kapolei, Weed and Seed Hawaiʻi, and the Waiʻanae Coast Rotary Club to host a “Heroes & Helpers” community holiday event. The event paired keiki from the community with hero shoppers from HPD, Federal Fire, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Veterans Affairs Police to shop for holiday gifts.🎁
