CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a female who is wanted for an Attempted Kidnapping.

On Monday, August 5, 2024, at approximately 11:30 a.m., the juvenile victim was at the Kakaako Waterfront Park when an unknown female attempted to carry her away. The victim’s grandmother intervened at which time the female released the juvenile then fled the area on foot.
