Registration is required, but this event is FREE!

You must be free of any pre-existing injuries to participate in the HPDFIT program.

Parking is available in the parking lot of Waialae Iki Neighborhood Park; however, we recommend arriving early to secure a spot.

Check-in for the event will be near the picnic tables.

Complete the contactless check-in process using your mobile device. Please be prepared to provide a form of identification and information for two (2) emergency contacts.

Please arrive in appropriate workout attire and bring hydration.
