Sexual Assault Suspect

On Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at approximately 3:00 p.m., the complainant was at City Mill in Kaneohe and was approached by an unknown male suspect who exposed his genitalia to the complainant without provocation. The suspect then fled in an unknown direction.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown male, medium build, about 18 to 20 years old, 5’10” in height, 140lbs to 180lbs in weight, short, wavy black hair, brown complexion, wearing a black long sleeve shirt, black shorts, black hat, brown slippers, and white socks.
