Attempted Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle Suspect

On Thursday, October 17, 2024, at approximately 3:17 p.m., a suspect attempted to gain entry into the complainant’s vehicle parked on Honomanu Street by punching the door lock with a knife. When the suspect became aware a witness was watching him, he fled the area on foot, towards Kamehameha Highway.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown male, medium build, black hair, tan complexion, wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts, black slippers, and carrying a blue shopping bag.
