Theft Suspect
On Monday, September 23, 2024, at approximately 7:12 a.m., a male suspect stole the complainant’s moped from the parking area at her residence on 16th Avenue and fled in an unknown direction.
DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown male suspect, tan complexion, black long hair, goatee, wearing a black hoodie, grey sweatpants, and black sandals.
