Collisions Involving Death Suspect

On Sunday, July 14, 2024, at approximately 9:00 p.m., Unit #2 bicyclist was traveling northbound across Farrington Highway when Unit #1, an unknown dark-colored sedan traveling westbound on Farrington Highway, struck Unit #2. After the collision, Unit #1 fled westbound on Farrington Highway, passing Maili Beach Park, and left without providing any information or rendering aid.

As a result of the collision, one adult male bicyclist was transported to an area hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

Any witnesses to this collision are asked to call the Traffic Division, Vehicular Homicide Section.
