Violation of Privacy Suspect

On Monday, July 29, 2024, at approximately 3:10 p.m., a male suspect attempted to record the complainant inside a public restroom at the Outrigger Reef Hotel. The complainant confronted the suspect and only observed images of bathroom stalls on the suspect’s phone. The suspect fled the area before police arrival and was not identified.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown adult African American male possibly named “Sid”, 30s, 6’2”, 220 lbs., heavy build, black braided hair, black goatee, brown eyes, a tattoo of microphone and musical notes on the shoulder, wearing sunglasses, silver-colored necklace with “D” pendant, black colored sleeveless tank top, and black medium length shorts.
