Collisions Involving Bodily Injury Suspect

On Monday, July 15, 2024, at approximately 7:10 a.m., Unit #2 was traveling eastbound on North Nimitz Highway in lane one. Unit #2 went through the intersection of North Nimitz Highway and Ohohia Street on a green traffic signal. Unit #1, an unknown vehicle, was traveling northbound on Ohohia Street, made a right turn onto North Nimitz Highway, and sideswiped Unit #2. Unit #2 lost control of the vehicle and collided with a fence and a building. Unit #1 left the scene without providing any information or rendering aid.
