Theft Suspect
On Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at approximately 11:10 a.m., the complainant left his black felt shoulder bag on the ground near the charging stations on Kuala Street while he moved his vehicle into position to charge it. At the same time, a male suspect #1 exited the front passenger seat of a black Nissan Frontier, driven by suspect #2, grabbed the complainant’s bag, returned to the Frontier, and fled the scene in an unknown direction.
DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT #1 – Unknown male, 30s to 40s, 5’7” to 5’9”, medium build, and short hair appears to be grey, tan complexion.
