Theft Suspect

On Sunday, October 1, 2022, at approximately 3:00 p.m., a male suspect entered the Target store in Kapolei, took property, and exited without making payment.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Hawaiian male, 20s to 30s, thin build, tanned complexion, short dirty blonde hair, tattoos on forearms, wearing a light blue t-shirt, black shorts, white shoes, and white sunglasses on the head.
