Collision Involving Death or Serious Bodily Injury

On Friday, October 13, 2022, at approximately 2:15 p.m., a pedestrian was sitting in an alleyway behind the Honolulu Kitchen. A 2006 gray Nissan Pathfinder bearing Hawaii license plate PDP132, was reversing in this alleyway and collided with the pedestrian.

As a result of the collision, the pedestrian sustained serious bodily injuries to his right ankle. He was later transported via EMS to The Queen’s Medical Center West in good condition. The gray Nissan Pathfinder vehicle fled the scene without stopping to provide information or to render aid. Witnesses to this collision are asked to call the Traffic Division, Vehicular Homicide Section.
