Theft Suspect

On Tuesday, September 12, 2023, two suspects arrived at the Waikalani Woolands parking structure in a silver Honda CR-V, cut the cable locks for the complainant’s motorcycle, and left riding the motorcycle as the Honda CR-V followed.
