Theft of Catalytic Converter Suspects
On Sunday, September 10, 2023, at approximately 6:00 a.m., two unknown suspects removed the catalytic converter from the complainant’s vehicle parked on Halawa Valley Street and then fled in a white 2002 Ford F-350 bearing Hawaii license plate 106 HEH.
