Assault Suspect

On Sunday, August 20, 2023, at approximately 1:30 a.m., a male suspect assaulted the complainant on Kapiolani Boulevard and then fled the area in an unknown direction.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown Samoan/Hawaiian male, 20s, muscular/athletic build, tan complexion, short hair, two-tone hair color, wearing a light-colored shirt, slacks/jeans, and white shoes.
