Theft Suspect
On Sunday, August 20, 2023, at approximately 12:32 p.m., a male suspect entered the Target store in Kapolei, took property, and exited without making payment.
DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown male, 30s to 40s, short dark hair, beard, tan complexion, wearing a blue “Snoopy” t-shirt, dark-colored shorts, and slippers.
