Theft Suspects
On Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at approximately 11:33 p.m., male suspect #1 and male suspect #2 took two of the complainant’s bicycles in a parking lot on Kailua Road without permission.
DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT #1 – Unknown male, medium build, wearing a tan/brown hoodie, blue shorts, and black shoes.
DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT #2 – Unknown male, medium build, wearing a black t-shirt, colored shorts, and black slippers.
