Collisions Involving Substantial Bodily Injury Person of Interest

On Friday, May 5, 2023, at approximately 5:37 p.m., a Harley Davidson motorcycle was traveling eastbound on the H-1 Freeway in the number three lane prior to Paiwa Street. A gray Lexus sedan was also traveling eastbound on the H-1 Freeway in the number two lane. The gray Lexus sedan switched lanes into the number three lane and collided with the Harley Davison motorcycle. As a result of the collision, the operator of the Harley Davidson was ejected from his motorcycle and fell onto the roadway. The operator sustained substantial bodily injuries. The gray Lexus sedan operator did not stop to render aid or provide any pertinent information.
