Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle Suspects

On Friday, March 24, 2023, at approximately 11:32 p.m., suspect #1 and suspect #2 shattered the complainant’s front passenger window without permission. Suspect #1 searched within the vehicle that was parked in a parking lot at Windward Mall, while suspect #2 kept a lookout.
