On Sunday, March 19, 2023, at approximately 6:50 a.m., a male took the complainant’s motorcycle from a residential parking lot on Lipoa Place.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown male, wearing an orange long-sleeve shirt, yellow pants, black mask, and carrying a black backpack.
