Theft Suspect

On Sunday, February 12, 2023, at approximately 2:00 a.m., a male took the complainant’s moped parked on Sea View Avenue and fled in an unknown direction.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown male, 20s, thin build, black hair, goatee, tattoos on neck, tattoos on forearms, wearing a printed t-shirt, black pants, black shoes, carrying a backpack, duffel bag, and a Puma backpack.
