On Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at approximately 11:00 a.m., a female approached the complainant, who was seated in his parked vehicle in the parking lot of Waipahu Town Center. The female placed multiple necklaces on the complainant’s neck in an effort to make a sale.  While removing the necklaces from the complainant’s neck, the female removed the complainant’s gold chain necklace, without permission.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown female, middle Eastern, 40s to 50s, 5’6″ to 5’8″, 120 to 140 lbs., straight black hair, fair complexion, speak with an accent, large mole on the top right to the bridge of her noes, wearing a black long sleeveless dress slippers.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT VEHICLE – small black SUV, possibly a KIA driven by an unknown driver.
