Collisions Involving Substantial Bodily

On Thursday, January 5, 2023, at approximately 11:00 a.m., a pedestrian was standing on the sidewalk on Liliha Street when a vehicle drove onto the curb and collided with the pedestrian. The pedestrian sustained substantial injuries and the vehicle fled the scene without providing information or rendering aid.
