Theft of Catalytic Converter Suspect

On Wednesday, November 2, 2022, at approximately 2:10 a.m., the complainant’s vehicle was parked unattended on Moloalo Street when a male was seen on video surveillance walking around the vehicle. At approximately 2:15 a.m., the male was seen lying under the complainant’s vehicle appearing to tamper with the undercarriage. The male then kneels on the side of the vehicle tire and changes his clothes and flees on foot westbound on Hikimoi Street.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown male suspect, unknown age, medium build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black shorts, black ski mask, black shoes, carrying a black backpack, and then changed into a white t-shirt.
