Fraudulent Use of Credit Card Suspect

On Thursday, March 10, 2022, at approximately 3:15 p.m., a male entered Target Kailua and then used the complainant’s credit card to purchase merchandise without permission.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown local male, 40s, medium/large build, wearing a tan hat, black face mask, and black shirt.
