Theft Suspect

On Monday, March 28, 2022, at approximately 9:43 a.m., a female exited the front passenger door of a vehicle, entered the Target store in Kailua, selected merchandise, and exited the store without making payment.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown female, black hair worn low bun style, wearing a Hi-Vis yellow t-shirt, Hawaii in black lettering on front, blue denim jeans, tan construction shoes, black baseball cap, face covering and black cross-body bag.
