Attempted Kidnapping Suspect

On Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at approximately 3:00 p.m., a male attempted to kidnap a female on Keaunui Drive.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown Filipino/Mexican male, 30s, 5’6″ to 5’8″, 160 to 180 lbs., medium build, brown complexion, black eyes, wavy short hair, “stiff” walk, wearing a gray long sleeve shirt, black basketball shorts, slippers, and blue surgical face mask.
