Theft Suspect

On Monday, January 17, 2022, at approximately 4:02 p.m., a male took the complainant’s bicycle without permission and exited the Goodwill store on Oneawa Street in an unknown direction.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown Caucasian male, medium build, fair complexion, brown hair, tattoo right upper arm, wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, black shoes and carrying multiple bags.
