Theft Suspects

On Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at approximately 5:20 p.m., two females and accompanied by another female entered the Target store in Kailua, selected merchandise and exited the store without making payment.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT #1 – Unknown female, black hair, tan complexion, average build, wearing glasses, black shirt and pink facial mask.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT #2 – Unknown female, wearing a camouflage hat, average build, black mask, and camouflage fatigues.

DESCRIPTION OF PERSON OF INTEREST – Unknown female, brown hair, husky built, wearing a camo mask, white flannel, white dress, tattoos on chest and upper left leg.
