Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card Suspect

On Sunday, January 30, 2022, at approximately 1:45 p.m., a male was seen on surveillance using a stolen credit card to make an unauthorized purchase at the Target Store in Kailua.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown male, fair complexion, wearing a light colored long sleeved shirt, khaki shorts, dark baseball cap, slippers, face covering, sunglasses, and tattoos on right leg and left hand.
