Attempted Theft Suspects (Catalytic Converter)
On Tuesday, December 28, 2022, at approximately 4:52 a.m., surveillance video captured a suspect vehicle occupied by two suspects involved in a catalytic converter theft on Hapapa Street and Paiwa Street and then fled the area in an unknown direction.
