Theft Suspect

On Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at 9:21 p.m., a female reached over the counter top at the Starbucks in Target Kailua, removed the complainant’s cellular telephone from the cash register without permission and then fled the scene in an unknown direction.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown female, 5’4″ to 5’6″, medium build, brown complexion, black and red afro hair, wearing a white medical mask, white sweater, black pants and red shoes.
