On Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at approximately 11:55 a.m., a male appeared to be casing the area of D.Y. Mikami Construction on Leokane Street. He entered the fence to the shop parking area and proceeded to move a work truck that was blocking in a Cushman Hauler utility vehicle that was parked in the rear of the lot. The male then drove the utility vehicle out of the parking lot, onto the roadway, and fled the scene in an unknown direction.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown male, tan complexion, medium build, wearing a red plaid jacket, black t-shirt, blue jeans, black hat with Patriots logo, slippers.

POSSIBLE ACCOMPLICE VEHICLE – dark Minivan possibly a Honda, possible logo on front passenger door panel (mpvS668)
