Fraudulent Use of Credit Card Suspect

On Thursday, October 14, 2021, at about 3:35 p.m., a female was seen on video surveillance using a stolen credit card to make two unauthorized purchases at the Target Store in Kailua.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown female, wearing a blue hoodie, blue leggings, low top sneakers with white toe cap, face covering and glasses.
