Theft Suspect
On Thursday, November 11, 2021 at about 4:15 p.m., a male entered the open parking structure of Garden Manor and rode off with two of the complainant’s bicycles without permission and fled the area in an unknown direction.
DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT #1 – Unknown male, thin build, wearing a gray hoodie sweater, black pants, white/black sandals and black face mask.
DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT #2 – Unknown Polynesian male, average build, brown complexion and wearing a maroon hoodie jacket, khaki shorts, gray beanie and black shoes.
