Theft Suspect

On Thursday, October 28, 2021, at about 6:23 p.m., a female entered the UPS store in Waipio and received a package the complainant stated was rerouted from an address on Kapiolani Boulevard to the UPS store in Waipio. The female suspect provided a photo copy of the complainant’s driver’s license to have the package released to her and then fled the area in an unknown direction.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Local female, fair complexion, small thin build, black hair, wearing a grey sun dress with black straps, black slip on sandals, white bag with long shoulder strap, black face mask.
