Fraudulent Use of Credit Card Suspect

On Sunday, July 5, 2020, at approximately 8:38 a.m., a male entered the Target store in Ala Moana Shopping Center, selected merchandise, and complete a transaction using stolen credit/debit cards.

DESCRIPTION OF SUSPECT – Unknown male, medium build, buzzed/faded dark colored hair, dark colored beard, fair complexion tattoos on right hand, wearing a black “Nike” baseball cap, white Covid mask, yellow long-sleeve t-shirt, dark colored shorts, white socks, black athletic shoes with white soles and carrying a black cross body bag.
