Volunteers needed to spruce up Kailua High School

Kailua High School is in need of a face-lift. On Saturday, February 8, 2014, students and staff will join the Honolulu Police Department in cleaning and painting out the graffiti around the campus. However, more help is needed to spruce up the school's parking lot stalls and gymnasium and nearby bus stops.

The event is part of Project C.L.E.A.N., which runs from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Volunteers should report to the Kailua High School cafeteria at 7:30 a.m. Lunch will be provided at the school.

The media is invited to attend. Please call District 4 (Kailua-Kaneohe-Kahuku) Community Policing Team at 723-8874.
