Juvenile Services Division
The Juvenile Services Division (JSD) strives to stop violence and address issues involving the development of the community's youth through a variety of prevention, intervention, and education efforts.
JSD is part of HPD's Investigative Bureau. JSD's main offices are located at the Alapai Headquarters on the 1st floor at 801 South Beretania Street. The Educational Unit is located at the Kapolei Police Station, 1100 Kamokila Boulevard.
