HOW TO ARRANGE FOR
A HPD SPEAKER OR SERVICE

Groups and organizations may request a speaker from the Honolulu Police Department on various topics that are offered.  The Community Affairs Section of HPD is your point of contact.

There are three ways to request a Speaker or other service

  1. Send in a request letter to the Community Affairs Section
  2. Click here for a form you can print out to mail or fax. (You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader)
  3. Click here for email form you can complete and send.

Your request should include the following information:

  • Your name and contact phone number.
  • The name of your group, school or organization.
  • Your complete street address.
  • The nature of your request.
  • Age of minors and the number of people we will be talking to.
  • Any special requirements you will need.
  • The date and time requested as well as alternative dates.

Requests for HPD speakers should be made at least four weeks in advance of the requested date.

Due to staffing limitations and other obligations we may not be able to accommodate every date.
