HPD Speakers and Services
HOW TO ARRANGE FOR
A HPD
SPEAKER OR SERVICE
Groups and organizations may request a speaker from
the Honolulu Police Department on various topics that
are offered. The Community Affairs Section of HPD is your point
of contact.
There are three ways to request a Speaker or other service

Your request should include the following information:
- Your name and contact phone number.

The name of your group, school or organization.
- Your complete street address.
- The nature of your request.
- Age of minors and the number of people we will be talking to.
- Any special requirements you will need.
- The date and time requested as well as alternative dates.
Requests for HPD speakers should be made at least
four weeks in advance of the requested date.
Due to staffing limitations and other obligations
we may not be able to
accommodate every date.
