Requestor / Vendor Complaints

For complaints regarding the performance of special duty officers during a job that is in progress, inform the ranking officer assigned to the job of your concerns. If no ranking officers are assigned to the job, you may call 911 and ask for a sector sergeant to respond. The sector sergeant is responsible for addressing any concerns with the performance of special duty officer(s).

If concerns arise after your event, you can call the Special Duty Section from Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
