Method of Payment
Requestors are responsible to pay the officers directly for any officer hourly earnings. The requestor is responsible for compliance with the payment of wages and other compensation law (Hawaii Revised Statutes, Chapter 388).
W-9 Form (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification)
It is the responsibility of the requestor/vendor to have the officer complete a W-9 form on site.

The Special Duty Section will not provide requestors with the social security numbers and home address of officers.
