Use this form to report suspicious activity to the HPD Anti-Terrorism Intelligence Unit (ATIU).

This form will NOT transmit your email address. You will remain anonymous unless you choose to provide your contact information in the fields provided below. This is not an official form of notification to the Honolulu Police Department.

This report is NOT monitored 24-hours a day. It is reviewed Monday through Friday between 07:45 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Hawaii Time, excluding holidays.

Emergency situations requiring immediate attention
should be reported by telephone.
