Current or former employees

If you are a current or former employee of the Honolulu Police Department and would like to obtain a verification of employment or salary information for yourself, you may submit a written request to:

Third party requests

Other entities (i.e. mortgage companies, outside agencies) may fax their request for information to

The fax should include a notarized waiver from the current or former employee to release the information.
