This page contains information for groups and organizations requesting a speaker or a tour of the Honolulu Police Department museum.
Due to prior staffing assignments, requests received within four weeks of an event cannot be processed. Mahalo for understanding.
Requests may be made by letter sent to the Community Affairs Division, submitted via online form, or a printable form request form can be filled out and faxed, or sent via the postal service.
Please include the following information:
Your name and contact phone number
The name of your group, school or organization
Your complete street address
The nature of your request (see list of topics)
Age of minors and the total number of people
Any special requirements you will need
The date and time requested as well as alternative dates
