Requests for a Speaker or Museum Tour

This page contains information for groups and organizations requesting a speaker or a tour of the Honolulu Police Department museum.

Due to prior staffing assignments, requests received within four weeks of an event cannot be processed. Mahalo for understanding.

How to submit a request for service

Requests may be made by letter sent to the Community Affairs Division, submitted via online form, or a printable form request form can be filled out and faxed, or sent via the postal service.

If sending a letter

Please include the following information:

• Your name and contact phone number

• The name of your group, school or organization

• Your complete street address

• The nature of your request (see list of topics)

• Age of minors and the total number of people

• Any special requirements you will need

• The date and time requested as well as alternative dates
